TAPS Student Showcase presents: A Mummers Play In medieval-era England, people once performed 'Mummers plays' that featured a battle between St. George and a foreign 'knight', representing a battle between the forces of light and dark. A group of theatre history students at UTSC will take over the lobby of the Leigha Lee Browne Theatre festival prior to the performance of 'Closer' to perform one of these ancient plays for the audience. |

A true Renaissance woman, she operates an organic market garden, an art residency program, an art gallery, a cottage rental, a painted mat business, a vehicle storage facility, and a lively performance art practice. Her presentation will provide a glimpse into the life and times of an artist at large in the frontier of Newfoundland. |

World Rhythms Performance Lecture Series presents: Beyond the Page: Learning Choral Music By Rote Suba Sankaran and Dylan Bell of FreePlay Duo will conduct a contemporary a cappella workshop consisting of physical, breathing and vocal warmups, harmonic exercises, vocal percussion, teaching a song by rote, and a vocal group improvisation.
